The year 2000 saw the Strauss Company construct a new dairy - the most advanced in the entire Middle East. Amit Felman was a key partner in planning the control system of the dairy and its construction. SOL.ID is to date still the “in-house supplier” of the dairy’s production floor control. The Company team provides around the clock support and carries out ongoing improvements that increase production to supply the market’s changing demands.

SOL.ID was involved in the planning and construction of many projects at the Strauss cheese factory, and many of the shelf products in homes across the country are a result of development and installation of advanced control systems, that enable the excellent uncompromising quality of production. Production lines of products such as, SKI soft cheese, Symphony cream cheese, Gamadim and Cottage cheese are  some of the projects we successfully executed, gaining praise from Strauss and others.

Strauss Yogurts and Chilled Deserts – as the “in – house” Strauss Dairies, the Company supplier, we constantly maintain the production system of the factory’s deserts, yogurt and cheese, providing the appropriate 24/7 technical support  and responding to calls.

Over the years we have partnered Strauss in the development and establishment of leading innovative product lines such as Danacol, Actimel, Danone Yogurt, and the various Milky products, Danny deserts, Joy and others. The Company’s involvement in the control of production is evident in the majority of new Strauss projects, starting with consulting and planning through implementation of various development requirements from control systems and programming of controls of the process (PLC’s) and the production management systems (SCADA and HMI) all the way to simulation and test runs of the project to the satisfaction of the client.

SOL.ID provides sales and support services for the Siemens controls responsible for the steam boilers in charge of burning the waste at “Psadim, HaEmek”. These boilers operate around the clock, with SOL.ID carrying out changes to the programming, adding new elements or handling faulty equipment when necessary, in response to the plant’s needs.
